Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I am inquiring about CNHC and XHUA.

I recognize there are strict laws preventing disclosure. Please provide whatever information you can.

CHNC has had no filings or disclosures since the 8K in February 2019, I was deeply disappointed at the manipulation by unscrupulous "investors" who took advantage of the message board on IHub and your quick response to prevent more people from losing their money- thank you. There is a STOP sign on the OTC Marketplace. Do you intend to bring this shell current? Are there any convertible notes? The share structure is attractive, do you have any plans to update or change it?

You recently gained custodianship of XHUA; same questions concerning the stop sign, bringing the shell current, and share structure - although much larger than CNHC.
