Here s the argument to support everything I been saying
If grwg is paying 3.5 price to sales for a non publicly traded company .
Then what would a company pay for grwg ?. Grwg is 2 x price to sales and
Is a publicly traded company and is grwg rev 66 percent .
So what is grwg worth in a buyout . 8 x 10 x 15 x sales ???.

Anyway I see the board is worried about the shares increasing to the owners.
Did anyone know the more the owners own more shares the more
It Attracts institutional buyers . They want to see insider confidence.
Increasing shares is like insider buying . Owners Take shares instead of cash .
The reason for low share count by owners in the past , hydroponic was not a great business .
Now it is so time more shares by the board and owners .
That's how wall st works . Does not hurt the stock Bc it such a small
Percentage to the growth rate of 66 percent .

Insider Selling occurred when Covid 19 hit the USA in feb .
I'm sure who sold then are sorry they did Bc
Since then we doubled .
