That is a completely false statement.

Below is the exact title of the PR the came out on May 18th 2020. I'm not sure what else to tell you. They had a meeting.

"Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Holds First Meeting of Board of Directors Elect"

And as for your statement:

The elected board members have not been seated yet, and won't be seated for another month or so (until after the reverse split)

That is wrong. The last two sentences on Julie Bishops board members profile states:

"Ms. Bishop’s term as a board member will begin prior to the Company’s proposed national exchange listing. Ms.Bishop will serve on the Company’s audit and compensation committees."

In fact thats on all of the new board members profiles on the company website.
