First off, Lazar would need to be granted custodianship. That only happens if the judge deems that the company made no efforts to do anything with the company for a period of time and is therefore effectually abandoned. If that does happen with this company, then anything that happened within the past year by previous management could be unwound. In this case, that means shares that were not properly issued. Lazar would contact the TA and find out the history of the share issuance and then he could have them cancelled. It could be straightforward with the TA or it could be through a lawsuit. What would that mean for us who have shares? Not sure. But this is just a lotto play for me. I'm willing to ride it out and see a nice move up before getting out. I probably won't hold until the very end but will keep tabs on it. One thing I know from Lazar's plays is that he wouldn't have gotten into a stock that has billions of legitimate shares outstanding.
