The recent S-1 shows that about 150 million shares will be diluted and a reverse split of 30:1 or 40:1 will be coming soon.

No it doesn't. The S-1 doesn't say how many shares will be issued for this public offering and it doesn't say at what ratio a RS will issue at. You know why? because Maxim and Kraig Labs haven't decided on a unit offering price. Which is standard practice at this point.

You are wrong.
