No, it isn't.

It was one giant scam. They conned everybody - insurance companies, Medicare / Medicade, their partners, their lenders, their landlord, their customers, and their shareholders.

The court doc shows that they were broke and asking shareholders to pay their rent.

They will most probably be filing for bankruptcy very soon.

Nobody would buy a shell corporation that conned everyone. The company isn't worth the paper it is written on.
