PRED2021= i did not say the stock has to break out on the upside- i just said there will be a breakout and it will be massive-heavy volume and no movement can be taken both ways- accumulation or distribution so we are still waiting for the direction-the longer this goes as it has been for over 3 weeks now, the bigger the move, when it comes, will be- those that finally give up and sell are being bought by others that feel this price point is a bargain
