They sold all assets for 7m+ and gave a dividend of .18 and the price held upside and now they are looking for a merger/acquisition. No idea what your talking about, never seen a better company in the otc at this prices. Just wait for 8k/news about meger and acquisition and we will be back at .18 at no time.
