Great post JPS02...and DLCR's market cap is only 709k. I wonder how long this grossly undervalued little gem will go unnoticed. 7x50,000 is 4500 square kilometers...and 1,111,972 million acres...1,700 square miles. that's a lot of primo timber. Way bigger than this picture...even without these extra 7 landowners, just calculating the two plywood manufacturers and the Indian exporter puts our pps well over a penny. I'm go'n long. Too much potential here.
