New shorts enter the game at every level is the point. You can short the stock at $200 a share similar as $14 a share. It just takes the right timing on their part accompanied by the right amount of money to short. There are different players at the higher levels than tiny microcaps though. Thats not to say the smaller time shorter can't get together with other smaller shorters and short larger stock though... CVM blasting off may ruin the day for some shorts, but there are always more. That being said, there is a chance for CVM, who may be bought out if conditions are right(ie multikine working really well and a big pharma with money to spend), then yes shorting may actually over for CVM LOL.

I have never shorted anything yet however....
