I am probably one of the few people that is knowledgeable about the fact that when Enersys took our factories and privatized them is very questionable about the legitimacy considering we had a five year agreement to lease them to Enersys and Oct 2017 would have been when this was to renegotiate the terms. Interesting that the lawyer Kasperak never mentioned Enersys in his story.. Could this be the hidden link that he can not discuss per the judges order?
