Playing devils advocate:

All it would take for a 1:10 R/S is the share price to go to greater than .40. IE: it would not even require an all-time high for that level of R/S.

I would love to see the SP rise over the next few weeks and have it impact with a lower R/S ratio. I really hope that uplist and R/S are done jointly by 7/23.

In that case I think this could go to 0.39.
