The basics of business is supply and demand many stocks especially in their early years are still finding their niche in the sector that they are competing with . Many companies have no true value but an idea or concept that is appealing to investors on a longer term basis. Spce and other companies that are trying to achieve something that is not just far out but in its infancy to believe that they will one day be able to make regular trips to space and back . Well it’s a far out concept and doesn’t have any proof of it being possible other than astronauts but that is still a massive stretch from any customers who would be going . And they are loosing massive amounts and don’t make any money or any form of revenue . But the true question is does it make the company worthless well by all standards a company that doesn’t provide a form of revenue and is selling people the idea by all means is worthless from any business point but yet all of those stocks are worth much more than a penny so how does that play a role in finding valuation In a company .
