Is this contract much like the old one they claimed to have had with the government that never actually created sales or income because it still required the agencies to generate specific purchase orders and only identifies the overall cap.
As I recall VA was to be buying devices previously and never did so. Here we only see that the amount is authorized over a five-year period. Seems much like in the past with not much income per year since that amount would require paying for the devices and supplies plus training(?, although unless they are selling devices in great quantity elsewhere, $500K per year is a lot for Calmare. I do believe, if VA accepts them, this is a golden opportunity to dispose of those old machines the Koreans built several years ago assuming they still exist and do not get caught up in a lien (or was that settled?)
BTW Does VA with the US at a $1.8 trillion deficit today have money for hiring and retaining staff?
As to Pru's comment, I would have expected a bigger bump as well, but it did rise in past two days from a much lower (proportionately0 level. Makes me wonder if that drop was manipulated.
