*** Land in Tocco di Casauria (PS) with rural real estate, classified to optain permits and licenses to build 3GW of wind energy. This land is appraised at €1.5M.

*** In June 2016, Human Unitec completed the acquisition of four renewable energy projects in Rome, Italy. This projects includes the new technology, GRONE. The Grone is a versatile waste sorting center that acts not only as a recycling center, but also a power plant aimed at eliminating the need for landfills. $224M value on the GRONE TECHNOLOGY!
