"We have not sold any shares we have no active registration statement. OTC markets works at its own pace cant control them. I had a few emails from some folks that were disappointed with the acquisition not sure why guess they expected us to be taking over Berkshire Hathaway or something.

The share structure on OTC markets is kept up to date by our transfer agent any dilution that would be in the market would be reflected in the DTC numbers.

Its disappointing but what can you due OTC markets is a fickle mistress.

We have a great business plan multiple income sources and plenty of good stuff to come hopefully people want to stick around an see how it goes."
