CBD in any other form is extracting a known drug ingredient.

years of discussion and the board still can't make the distinction.

The real problem is when marketing products..."hemp juice" doesn't have nearly the draw "CBD" does.

Regardless...it's sold in every state MJ is legal, and it still isn't the craze the board hopes it will be.

Big pharma isn't scared...they already know CBD is classified as a drug ingredient...and they know what this means for consuming CBD in any other form than Hemp juice.
