So are you saying we are not going to get a press release specifically to clarify this . Does that imply that the kit has passed regulatory scrutiny and is being sold as we speak? Would be nice to spark the flames with a gut busting release detailing this outcome? Is the company on the defensive still because of the sec and hb gut punches . When will they start to play offense ?
