Plain and simple, spin-off recorded with the SEC, shareholders of record with the DTC, OCT 31, 2017...

Buzzy has nothing to do with this deal anymore; it's a matter of law now. He regrets not staying on the LOFB board till we got our shares and, he lost a lot of money in all this! Now, he must work with his lawyers and the SEC to ensure the deal is done... GO $LOFB...
