I heard the riots hit Blum and San Leandro hard.

Sucks for the communities they served, but from a corporate perspective, it was a blessing. Two positives, first is the insurance payment for badly needed capital, and two, closure of net net money losing dispensaries. ??

Still more negative than positives, but maybe Magic Matt can raise some capital after shedding the dead weight
