Anything can happen as I said many times. It is evident JCP Execs do not care about Shareholders and tried keeping them out of this specialized C11 process- but Shareholders NOW have committe with power of over 10 Million shareholders as stated on that petition Judge has in his hands. My name on it as well as my wife's like many others around the globe.

What does get me, is seeing pre market or post market trading going on. This is an OTC stock now. Not supposed to be able to do any pre or post orders or trades, but it has happened here many times I see...??? Perplexing...
