All except when asked for clarification that, IR said it’s got all 4500 units.

My guess is they’ll start with 2 units to test, but the bid is for a per unit basis for 4500 units, since that’s the number of modules needed to replace/upgrade all the equipment the Air Force owns. I suspect the $400M (average of the $80K and $100K units) is revenue over at least 5 years, possibly more. Even at 10 years, that’s revenue from just the Air Force of $40M average per year. At a 5X sales multiple. That revenue alone accounts for a $200M market cap. At even 1B OS, that represents a $.20 PPS.

Point is the info on qty comes from IR, the very people who wrote the PR. You can try to interpret it any way you wish, but 4500 units is directly from them. Doubt it? Go to Waypoint website (waypoint.com) and contact them.
