Some of those are hit pieces. Get used to them now. AVXL buy point was around 2.70. I think their science is sound. We should hope to see KBLB hit pieces like this, at much higher levels. AVXL looks toppy right now, but they are not a good example of a bad RS situation, and they aren't going to be.

Not that I can't think of some good examples of RS failures, but they simply do not have the holy grail of anything.

Those are good points Rayo.

AVXL had their reverse split to uplist onto the NASDAQ on October 7, 2015 at about $5.80 post split. The share price GAINED for multiple days after that, and after about a month, the stock had steadily more than doubled to a high of $14.84 on November 4th. The only reason why it came back down to the $5.50 level after that is because AVXL presented their clinical Alzheimers Data and Adam Feuerstein, who is a well known Biotech journalist, wrote a scathing review of AVXL's clinical data and published it on thestreet.com (Jim Cramers website). It had nothing to do with their RS as was proven by the more than doubling of their share price during the following month with no significant news in between.

No one is arguing that when Kraig Labs is uplisted on the NASDAQ that Kim won't eventually have to show the goods. He will or else this company will fail, no matter what exchange it's on. The argument that some of us are making here is that a R/S isn't instantly destructive and shorted by the bigger players the second trading starts. That is the narrative that's trying to be reinforced by some in order to create panic on here. And it has worked to a degree. Some on here are now terrified of an R/S.

AVXL hasn't really done much of worth the past couple years except trudge through their trials. Alzheimers is a hard disease to run FDA trials on, maybe even the most expensive disease due to the length of follow-up and constant cognitive testing. So AVXL being so small was always going to have a hard time which is likely why they've been pretty stagnant. But they have some promising future targets.

With Kraig Labs, we are making progress and I believe will end up delivering. And when the news of delivery of metric ton quantities finally arrives, the stock will soar. If we go 6 months without delivery, this stock will start to die on the vine, and in a year or 2 will be delisted, but it will have nothing to do with the R/S.
