No way is Kpay fully reporting and compliant.

Also, if someone is purchasing enough shares to be the largest share holder, there should be a filing indicating such a transaction.

Also, truthful or not, Edwin would be allover this with a vaguely worded PR and so far, Edwin does not believe it :)
