Well, interested, and that is Larry's number. Now, Larry told me that the spinoff shares have been issued in the form of preferred shares which will be converted at the end of the six month holding period to common shares and then issued directly to the VGID shareholders of record back on October 31, 2017. Specifically, The deal was struck on or before the end of the first quarter, March 31, 2017, so, I'm expecting shares to be issued directly to VGID shareholders of record after the end of the third quarter 2020, sometime in October.
