terragord, yes, I concur that 250K is a VERY, VERY weak EC, BUT, BUT, BUT to prove their points, they may NOT need much. If the proof is there, they can then go before a Judge to show what more they may need.

The other point is this, JCPNQ could very well be bought OUT of BK and this could be over in less than a month and NOTICE I said it COULD be over in a month or less.
