Our safety studies here at CVSI prove that the FDA falsely extrapolated that the harms from GWPH's product also must apply to everyone else's CBD products. Can they be sued for doing so? I feel that they did so negligently in order to bolster their pharma connections while harming their competition. The American FDA did everything they could to protect their United Kingdom GWPH company while dumping the American CBD dietary supplement and food industries into the outhouse with all of their might. Traitors?
