It is my belief MMs / Wainwright had to walk this down so as not to have it close too far north of the offering price. While this raise is “open”, there are parameters of the discount to market price of the shares, at 20%.

If this closed higher, I believe they would have had to adjust the terms of the offer...

We will know more tomorrow once we have the news this is closed. She’s going to be a rocket ship if confirmed Medtronic was the 1 buyer. It is my belief they were.
