WRONG!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE LAME EXCUSES FOR GIFA. WOW.

So, the fact of the matter is that the stock symbol that investors bought into is only a very very small, tiny, subsidiary, and has nothing to do with the rest of the Gifa "empire". This is a fact now, according to Gifa's own company structure on their website. I have been saying this all along, and I have been proven right over and over again.

Most logical likelyhood is because he is building the business as an "multinational chain of companies" it only makes sense that it is held in North Cyprus as there are more investors then just the USA GIFX shareholders.
