Simply put. There is no dilution until there is. I'm unable to project or predict intentions. Or intent. This management team has a history of screwing over everyone they deal with. Not just shareholders. Any venture or joint anything they announced has fallen apart. Recently atlas pharma. Its a shell scamming investors via PND activity.

To me, my logic looks at this ticker much different than some. I think its a 100$ scam. Theres too many red flags. Way too many. Too many things don't make sense.

This is all my opinion. We all have one.
