The shell will NOT be sold.

This is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, NOT chapter 11. As such, reorganization is not legally possible.

Instead, by law, it is an automatic liquidation, including the equity. Common shareholders will receive nothing in the liquidation.

Once the liquidation is complete, the company will be wound up and dissolved.

Anyone holding HMNY shares will lose 100% of their investment. Guaranteed.
