I'm out of patience with Gifa and Kisa and Bill William Aul and the gang. AUL who's now stonewalling and 100% ignoring ALL inquires to him, despite him listing himself on the "big petroleum pursuit projects PR" as "company contact" via the bullshit "PR" HE issued for these ass hats.

Only to now get a ONE PAGE STATIC bullshit website www.gifapetroleum.com and a pathetic "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" for what - like 6 or more months, complete with a FAKE OIL TANKER with "GIFA INC" photoshopped onto the bow- really? Come on - at some point gotta call a spade a spade folks?

The INVITATION ITSELF says word-for-word "CONTACT US AT [e-mail]" PERIOD.

NOWHERE does it say "use the contact us page on our website" blah blah?????????

Makes ZERO sense.

They're thus, AGAIN contradicting the EXACT wording in the so called "invitation letter" Kisa posted and I'll post again below.

Moreover, I've made it clear that William Bill Aul is also TOTAL DEAD AIR and ZERO response as supposed company co-secretary. It's the freaking co-secretary/secretary's JOB TO HANDLE THE ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER/BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING !!

Thus, IF, IF this meeting is to occur in Cyprus as Kisa is "claiming" - it should be a SIMPLE "yes/no" email reply from Bill William Aul as to his attending that meeting or not. He'd have to attend the meeting it would seem - IF he's still acting in the capacity as a company co-secretary ??

NO ONE can get Bill William Aul to reply or even answer a call or email from a freaking shareholder any longer- when in the past, he used to PUMP THE STOCK in his "Hang in there, I fully anticipate that we will SEC FILE IN A TIMELY MANNER, as in soon" - he said it, many people have it in writing or were told that bullshit ON THE PHONE from Aul. Now the SOB vanishes- poof. Gone with the wind? WTF?

ANNUAL MEETINGS/BOARD MEETINGS of PUBLIC companies require notes and transcripts to be kept and corporate by-laws to be followed to the letter of the law, etc. It's not just some bullshit happy-talk get together wine and dine deal. It's a FORMAL MEETING of a public held company- there's major legal requirements like transcripts to be kept and they must present an agenda of "items to vote on" etc.

Kisa claims he needs a damn entire YEAR from now to set-up a rather simple annual meeting he's yet to ever hold ONCE since taking over FRFS/GIFA because of supposed "COVID" bullshit? WTF?

EVERY MAJOR COMPANY on the U.S. Stock markets has held their annual meetings already and MADE THEIR SEC FILINGS and they did it in-person or else by teleconference using ZOOM meetings or whatever. NO Fortune 500 or DOW 30 company has missed an annual meeting ONCE yet due to "COVID 19 blah blah" BULLSHIT !

1 yr to plan or schedule a freaking meeting = I smell a rat here, and a bad one at that. I've had my fill of Kisa and Aul and the rest of this bullshit "company".

Does one realize- that NOWHERE has Kisa even ever shown a SINGLE PHOTO of this supposed "BOARD OF DIRECTORS" nor has he EVER once listed their names and titles and qualifications, etc. ? WTF again?

WHERE are the names of the damn BOARD? Who are they? Yesilada QUIT AND LEFT GIFA over 6 months ago (that's the guy who got 90 MILLION shares of this "company" - and now just "left" as in GONE?????) - it's on his own damn Facebook.

So, WHO ARE THESE BOARD MEMBERS - freaking Kisa appears ALONE in every damn photo he posts - and NOWHERE is there a single photo showing even remotely close to "300 plus employees"? WTF AGAIN? I can count "maybe" 12 or 15 max people in every photo Kisa has plastered on Instagram (Instascam) now? MAJOR problems here - and I'm pissed and had my fill of these clowns jerking my chain.

Moreover, the [e-mail] is THEE MAIN EMAIL at the top of their main website to "contact them" about ANY and ALL business matters - like what if I wanted to spend $1 million bucks with them, NO ONE ANSWERS and NO ONE REPLIES? WTF?

How many missing and vanished websites are there now - cause I've lost count? WHY? WHY did all the prior sites get scrubbed like out of Orwell?

WTF is Kisa doing using .NET when he HAD, HE HAD Gifainc.COM the web address that 99% of companies would use- but he let the damn thing go for lack of paying to renew it? There's ZERO proof IMO that GIFA INC and/or Kisa actually built and owns and is running this gifainc.net ???

I trace the IP ping on GIFAINC.NET to the freaking NETHERLANDS????? ANYONE could have set that 2-bit site up and be running it now to "try" and recoup the massive losses created by this stock- that site might be a total fraud.

NO ONE IN A FORMAL PR ISSUED by William Bill Aul and/or GIFA INC has stated "WE OWN GIFAINC.NET as our new corporate website" blah blah. SAME FOR INSTAGRAM- ANYONE can own and be pumping that channel - posing as Kisa. HOW DOES ANYONE know it's Kisa?

EVERYTHING on the "new site" and on Instagram is from 2018 and is "OLD NEWS" LINKS, OLD prior existing photos, etc. PUT OUT A PR via WILLIAM AUL claiming GIFA INC a NV filed corp OWNS GIFAINC.net and operates the Kisa Instagram account- MAKE IT LEGAL and SEC "actionable" if we want to sue these ass clowns in the future- else, it can all be a con.

ANYONE could be behind this gifainc.NET website and especially have made a fake/bogus F-ing Instagram account, AFTER Kisa vanished off of Twitter and Facebook and Yesilada says, "I QUIT AND LEFT GIFA ON DEC 31, 2019" etc.
