What doesn't get much attention in the press release about Dr. Patricio Reyes joining the HALB scientific board is the fact that he's Director Traumatic Brain Injury and Alzheimer's Disease & Cognitive Disorders Clinics at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. And that's important because HALB needs the VA after the laboratory testing is completed to carry out the clinical trials, for COVID-19 and Traumatic Brain Injury and others. Just like back in 2013/2014 when they were about to test the Felder-doctrine in the William Beaumont Army Medical Centre, but ran out of funds. This time they will succeed.

For HALB it's all about their partners, they have a license for the Felder Patents, but they need the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) to produce the antibodies, Datatecnics to come up with the laser ablation technology and VA Hospitals for clinical testing. And I did some googling where the funding is coming from, it's not too difficult to find, it's from the UK. Easy to find the link.
