You see a private company at this point because Stankevitch doesn't even recognize the shell in a public financial sense. It's a low float until he wants to pad his pockets by pumping and dumping again in his typical POS fashion.

Wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him,

All IMO but HIS actions caused my viewpoint of him as a "CEO".
