Yes, But for the 'Buyout' to happen, this BK has to be tossed out.. BUt looks like JCP wants to press with the BK.. What do you think. Appreciate your advice. I was planning of loading up more but after I listened to the Hearing (still in progress), though Ifeel the EC may be approved, don't know what good it will make.. TIA
