Emergentllc needs to state what the Share Structure is and if they still have a real merger candidate. A good management group would find a way to swallow the "toxic debt" quickly, instead of announcing it on a social media site making it sound like the end of the world. They continue to demonstrate either how stupid they are or incompetent. Grow up and produce a clean shell or get the heck out of the way.
