Agree completely.. Either he is doing what you said or he may just throw a 'Bone' to the Shareholders and give an 'Ad Hoc EC' but still I don't think he is going to dismissz the BK.. So, waht good will an EC be?? I am in WaMu BK BUT there we showed Inside rtrading du wto which our powerful law firm SG got the company pretty much given back to Equity holders but still we haven't seen any money but all things are pointing to getting money... BUt in JCP case, thi sis not a Bank and they don't have any money except their real estate in some cases BUt that will be dealt with AFTER the Commons are 'wiped out' in this BK case... So, even getting an EC is not that encouraging UNLESS the EC demands outright Dismissal of BK Case.. I don't think this Judge is willing to do that.. and that is the Problem...
