Ok, so this is a growth strategy but it is not true that it isn't something to worry about. The press release speaks of KBLB having these loyal and faithful shareholders all this time and they are about to royally screw ever one of us.



That's not true. No one is getting "screwed".

Any reverse split would be Market Cap neutral. So in your scenario, If we had a big contract announcement, it could go to $1 from these levels. After a reverse split, that same news theoretically should take the share price to $40. So instead of having 40,000 shares go to a dollar, you'd have 1000 shares go to $40. Make sense?

It's the investors that don't understand the fundamentals of a reverse split (or fundamentals in general) that are the most damaging of all. They tend to spread hysteria over things that are standard practice because they don't understand them.
