On June 2, 2020, Buscar Company agreed to acquire EON Discovery, Inc. EON Discovery is engaged in various gold mining and technology development businesses. EON Discovery acquired the rights to 10 mining claims from Treasure Canyon Enterprises on February 14, 2020 (referred to as Treasure Canyon Claims). These claims are located in Plumas County, California. At the close of the acquisition, Thomas W. Heathman, of Treasure Canyon Enterprises, shall become the Chief Mining Officer of Buscar.

We expect the acquisition to close by June 30, 2020.
