Mr. Haberman, or someone requested in one of the comments, to apply stricter standards than Federal Guidelines, and in another comment wanted to wait and issue ALL permits to be held and issued at the same time and conjunction with each other. (See reply above.)

They did apparently do some air sampling at various placed in Johnson County and used information from Neosho Kansas (2 counties to the south) which I assume will be used in future air monitoring.

So the Air permit will allow construction to begin. There will be other permitting that needs to be done, but it will occur during and after construction.

Be glad this is not NY State or California!
