"The tests required have been known for a long time."

I respectfully disagree with this statement. They made us believe the tests on the manufacturing runs were the final tests, that was misleading as several more tests have popped up.

They also told us "we are there" before the manufacturing runs even started, this was extremely misleading.

They kept us in the dark forever during the Italian job.

Their press releases always allow wiggle room and are intentionally confusing.

They have not been forthright with information and I remain skeptical until the IND is filed.
