Markman Biologics...staging website.....

Alan Shinderman put out a Markman Biologics press release yesterday. Although there has not yet been any confirmation of the RM with Markman on the OTC Markets profile (other than the Markman website appearing there), this press release probably makes it highly likely that Markman Biologics will indeed be the new company/direction......

A staging website for Markman Biologics was brought active last night. Provides more information on the people involved and clinical testing plans. Still no confirmation/indication on this site that Markman Biologics is the RM target for AERS.

From an overall fundamental/structural perspective, AERS is a relatively unattractive shell. But in the current market environment, much worse looking shells/situations are having some pretty significant moves.
