not knowing all that much (just what i'm reading) about reverse mergers, would some one help me understand how this benefits the Chinese company (if it is them) to merge with CERPQ...always trying to learn...TIA

I had CERP stock many years ago...now very interested in getting my money back if this pans out...lol
