Not sure about the debt.

When IVS (International Venture Society) took control of MDGC, through a ruling by the court, they were to bring MDGC totally current. There was no mention of any $60,000. If there was debt, I doubt IVS would have pursued and gained control of MDGC.

Again when IVS relinquished control, way over 500 million shares were traded. Wonder who purchased them?

Still believe this will be a good R/M candidate. Time will tell.
