Following up Jim,

I get your opinion. I was being nice when I put the political factors in there (remember I'm long).....But the reality is that PRED could have executed better with getting tests here in the US before now........

This is a situation where Money makes money!!! If PRED had the money, (and not burned through 10's of millions) then they could have purchased the tests themselves and got things mover faster. Now they have to work it out and see what they can do.

It can still happen and set the ship straight......I believe it is doable.
