Beware These Bad Faith Arguments If you are just new to the board, seriously considering investing in CYDY or like following start-ups, you need to be aware of several retreaded tall tales that get thrown around this board. 1. The Reverse Split Is Coming! About 2 years ago when the stock was trading at .84 cents a share Nader seriously considered doing an R/S. The shareholders revolted and he dropped the notion. Since then every conference call he has made sure to declare there will be no R/S. 2. There Is No Actual Drug/No Submissions To The FDA! Multiple COVID patients treated by the drug and getting out of the hospital speaks to the contrary. The FDA wants the tests finished and said no more EINDs. HIV BLA response coming in the fall. 3. Multiple Investigations Against CYDY! Originally touted as "lawsuits" the primary law firm, Holzer and Holzer, dropped out after a week. Followed by 2 other firms. The remaining two are shells. One is located in a mall, the other a vacant lot. 4. The Actual Lawsuit! Allegation of unjust enrichment by ex-employee and financing firm that jumped ship before major developments. Largely a case of sour grapes and unlikely to go any where because there was a contract between the parties, and contracts govern the extent of rights. 5. Nader is a felon! Nader was involved in a lawsuit of the manufacturing and sale of native American art. The law he was sued under was ultimately proved unconstitutional and thrown out on appeal. 6. He took a payday! Nader actually gave a statement prepared by his lawyer as to what he did with the most recent sale. He wiped out 84% of the company's debt and pocketed some cash. 7. There are no patents! If you do a search you'll find that the antibodies for the drug are patented, the name, anti bodies. For example: insert-text-here How many and how often are these arguments used? Typically 1 or 2 arguments will be trotted out and have a general life span of 1 month. At which point another 1 or 2 will be picked from the list and trotted out. The sad parade usually halts after major developments: *Early COVID results *HIV results *BLA submission announced *Cancer study announced *TNBC results announced So for those about to invest or even follow CYDY, do your due diligence and search each and every claim.
