My theory is accumulation from improving US economic outlook. The DJIA has been recovering to less than 10% from its highs now and CANN only hit its lows during the pandemic when they closed recreational sales. Rec sales came back in June mostly nationwide and the lines were freaking crazy. Rec sales wait times can be hours long at a busy dispensary. Even when CANN is below $0.40 there are not a lot of sell orders, so large volume and accumulation ,which should be expected, begins around 50 cents.
