One would think that a smart CEO would wait to dilute after releasing a PR, especially With the promise of news on the horizon. There may or may not be dilution, but there certainly is a whole lot of impatient retail selling going on, especially from that last spike.

Best believe that smart people are accumulating from weaker hands.
