HMNU is pleased to announce that after 12 months of co-management with the sales partners and its corresponding group, it has finalized the acquisition of one of the fastest growing logistics company in Southern Europe, Arquata Logistics Services S.R.L. HMNU has acquired 60% of Arquata Logistics and all of its assets, for cash and exchange of assets. The Company previously had issued stock in 2017 which was allocated to the principals of Arquata Logistics.
