SiriusIQ and UST Global are doing a joint venture, ok cool that's logical. Most joint ventures are just a temporary agreement to work together to achieve a short term goal.

What I don't understand is why they are creating a new company and one that is public. Why would they do that? It's not for an ipo because it's a reverse merger into a company that already exists. A JV does not require the creation of another company.

In my opinion, I think they have plans with huge potential and there are plenty of big players that want in, so the best way to do that is to allow they to buy in through shared. Any ideas what they may have in mind?
